I am Deeanna, a photographer residing on the picturesque Emerald Coast of Florida. My fascination with photography commenced at the age of 13 when my mother entrusted me with her film camera. It was not long before I found myself prioritizing the development of images in the darkroom over conventional high school studies.

The logical precision of the technical process was compelling, yet it was the ability to preserve a singular “moment” — a tangible fragment of time or history — that truly resonated with me.

In my current endeavors, I focus on documenting candid, unfiltered experiences of families and friends, as well as capturing the essence of celebrated love, weddings, and significant events.

I obtained my Bachelor of Arts degree from the esteemed Brooks Institute of Photography in California.

When not engaged in my photographic pursuits, you will likely find me either embracing my role as a mother to a teenage daughter, walking barefoot in natural surroundings, or immersing myself in the logical and imaginative realm of science fiction.
